On TONSOR1951 using the right of withdrawal is easy and free.

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Also pursuant to Article 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is exercised by sending the request within the prescribed period, a written notice to the address of the company by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can also be sent, within the same term, by fax (0421.44909), by filling in the form below or by email to assistenza@tonsor1951.it.

The refund of the price paid by the Consumer will be made by TONSOR1951, provided that the Product has been returned by the Consumer, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt by TONSOR1951 of the notice of withdrawal. Pursuant to art. 56 co. 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, TONSOR1951 reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods. Please note that the consumer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must fill out in all its parts the form below within 14 days from the date of receipt containing:

1. the intention to make use of the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code;
2. the list of products for which the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal
3. the number of the order being refunded
4. the place where the products to be returned are to be collected;
5. the date and time slot (at least 3 hours) of collection;
6. the method of payment for the order and, in case of payment by bank transfer, the consumer's bank account number.

TONSOR1951 will then collect the goods at its own expense on the day and at the address indicated by the consumer.

Returned products must be:

• correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
• the cosmetic products must not be opened or used;
• in the case of hot accessories/tools, with no obvious signs of use other than those compatible with a normal test of the article. In other words, they must not bear any traces of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) beyond the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as to prevent resale.

Once TONSOR1951 receives the goods and checks their perfect integrity, the aforementioned company will make the refund within 30 days at the latest.
